A Little Bit About Me

I’ve worked within sport for a long time, starting out as a lifeguard working in a large leisure centre for four years. Through volunteering at a disabled swimming group I became a qualified lifeguard and swimming teacher. I always wanted to work with some sort of sport and fitness and after spending a few years working as a food and beverage manager I decided to leave what I was doing and concentrate on doing something I actually enjoy.

I like to concentrate largely on competition (both with others and with myself) and often take part in activities such as Tough Mudders; and I am currently getting more involved in triathlon. I have struggled over the years with my mental health and have always found sport and exercise a huge form of therapy for myself and I really want to help and support others to do the same. I look forward to meeting new people and hopefully passing on the knowledge I have in order to help you to get to where you want to be.
